A washing machine and dryer are available in the external storage room for a small fee.
There are many shops in Meerssen as well as good public transport to Heerlen and Maastricht. Train station is a 5 minute walk away.
Rental data:
- The rental price incl. utilities is € 575,- per month.
- Deposit is equal to 1 month's rent.
- Rent allowance is unfortunately NOT possible!!
- Pets are not allowed.
- Rental period is at least 12 months.
