Simple studio with separate sleeping area, located on the Koningsplein in Maastricht and within walking distance of the central station. The studio is located on the 2nd floor and is equipped with a simple kitchen unit with a refrigerator, 2-burner electric stove and extractor hood. The compact bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. In the basement there is a shared washing machine that can be used for a small fee.
Bicycles can be parked in front of the building.
Rental details:
- The rental price incl. GWE and internet use is € 725,- per month.
- The deposit is € 1000,- once.
- Rent allowance is NOT possible.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Minimum rental period is 12 months.
- Only available for 1 quiet student.
- Only available from July 1.
